Phillip Wong Phillip has considerable leadership experience at senior levels in business. With over 15 years of coaching and mentoring, he brings considerable knowledge and expertise to help individuals and teams to fulfil their potential by overcoming their barriers to increased performance. He works with managing directors and senior managers, helping them to meet the changing needs of their organisations. He coaches CEO’s and senior executives in both public and private sectors. Phillip is also on the Executive Coaching Register for the Scottish Leadership Foundation, developing leaders of Scotland’s public services. Phillip focuses on enabling people to appreciate and fully access their leadership potential and to lead their organisations with greater authenticity and genuine emotional intelligence. He helps leaders distinguish and focus on the critical contribution that they can make and to examine those beliefs and behaviours that might be limiting their current leadership potential. He works to help uncover performance blocks at an individual, team, and organisational level.
