Lynn McLeod Having successfully led and managed HR and Contact Centre teams in a blue chip financial services company, Lynn brings real knowledge and understanding to the role of a leader in today’s organisations. Her practical experience of leading and managing teams is combined with several years experience as a management trainer, coach and leadership development consultant.
Working with leaders in both the private and public sectors, Lynn helps clients build leadership and management capability, enhance team performance, and facilitate personal and professional growth. Believing that leadership is more about action than title, Lynn’s approach is one that encourages people to explore their own strengths, discover their own brilliance, and achieve more of their potential.
Lynn has a degree in Education, is a certified Executive Coach and a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Professional memberships include The International Coach Federation, The British Psychological Society and the Global Organisation of NLP.
