Thomas Chalmers Thomas Chalmers is a Coach U Graduate, member of the International Coach Federation and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland. He was formerly owner/partner of a multi-award winning family seafood business and prior to that, a qualified commercial banker. Thomas founded Idealife International in 2002 and now coaches a broad portfolio of public and private clients across a diverse range of local, national and international organisations which include: - Shipping

- Education.
He also coaches a number of senior local authority executives and is listed as an approved provider with the Scottish Leadership Foundation. A former writer for BBC Radio Scotland, columnist with The Sunday Herald Magazine, and broadcaster, Thomas is a published children’s author and enjoys public speaking for business and pleasure. He is married with three sons, who coach him daily.
